Domestic Shipping Policy

Shipment processing time

All orders are processed within 2-3 business days. Orders are not shipped on weekends or holidays.

Delivery estimates

All orders will be sent with Royal Mail 2nd Class and delivery is estimated to be 2 - 3 days, please allow up to 5 days.

Santa Letters are not liable for any damage or loss during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact us.
Santa Letters are not liable for any delay in delivery, if you have not received your order after 5 days please contact us.

International Shipping Policy
